Just Sing The Song!
Redefining Success, Reclaiming Presence, and Leading with Purpose When Tomorrow Isn’t Promised.
What if the success you are spending your life building is costing you the presence of the people you are building it for?
Just Sing The Song! is a book about achievement, identity, loss, presence, and the choices we keep postponing because we believe there will always be more time. Its written for leaders, builders, parents, and anyone who has ever told themselves, “Someday.”
A reminder to be present today.
About the Book
Just Sing The Song! is about a gap between the life we say matters most and the life we actually keep postponing.
Why I’m Writing It
This book is personal. It was shaped by real experience, hard lessons, and a deeper understanding what truly matters. I’m writing it to share what I’ve learned - and to encourage others to live and lead with great intention, presence, and purpose.
For much of my life, I measured success by what I could build. Companies. Revenue. Teams. A career. I believed that if I worked hard enough now, there would always be time later for the people, conversations, dreams, and moments that mattered most.
Then life challenged that assumption in a way I never expected.
Just Sing The Song! explores what happens when “someday” stops being a harmless idea and becomes a cost. It’s about achievement, identity, grief, presence, leadership, and the choices we delay because we assume there will always be another opportunity.
This isn’t a book about walking away from ambition. It’s about redefining success so that what we build doesn’t come at the expense of who we become or the people we’re building it for.
The question at the center of the book is simple:
What are you postponing because you believe there will always be another opportunity?
